Produced a cinematic walkthrough showcasing the transformation of a renovated investment property for SIAW Property. The objective was to document the finished refurbishment while highlighting the quality of the renovation and its impact on the property's value.

Using smooth camera movement and clean, natural visuals, the final film was designed to support the client's marketing efforts and demonstrate the success of the project. Following completion of the renovation, the property achieved a 58% increase in rental income, making the content a powerful visual case study for future investors and clients.
